Add all of the sesame ginger dressing ingredients to a blender then blend on medium speed until well mixed and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Pour into a dressing jar with a lid and set aside.
Add the salad ingredients to a salad bowl then add the sesame ginger dressing, a light drizzle of Ty Ling Sesame Oil, and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
