INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. brussels sprouts, halved
- ⅛ cup pecan pieces
- ⅛ cup cranberries
- 1-2 pieces fresh rosemary, for garnishing plate
- 1 tbsp Ty Ling Sweet & Sour Sauce
DIRECTIONS:
- In a skillet, add olive oil and heat to medium.
- When hot, add in the brussels sprouts and let sear for 5 minutes until they start to brown and crisp up. Add Ty Ling Sweet & Sour Sauce and toss sprouts to coat them. Lower heat, cover and let steam for 10 minutes until they are softened.
- Heat back to medium and add the pecans, cranberries and keep tossing for another 2 minutes to get them a little more crispy. Then take off heat and plate with rosemary for garnish.
