Colorful Dumplings


Regular plain dumplings
Red dumplings
Orange dumplings
Yellow dumplings
Green dumplings
  • 300g ground beef
  • 1 shredded onion
  • 1 shredded carrot
  • ½ cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce


  1. For each color of dumpling, mix together the ingredients in a bowl until you have a smooth dough. 
  2. Cover and let them rest.
  3. Meanwhile mix everything together for the filling.
  4. Now divide each dough onto small pieces and roll it out to a circle. Fill those little rounds with the ground beef mixture. Fold the edges together so it looks like a dumpling.
  5. In a small skillet add ½ teaspoon Ty Ling Sesame Oil, then place the dumplings in there, pour in ¼ cup of water and steam on low heat for 20 minutes.
  6. Serve with your favorite soy sauce!
