Glazed Ham

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 whole ham (about 10 lb, fully cooked)
  • 1/2 cup Ty Ling Hoisin Sauce
  • 2–3 tablespoons Ty Ling Hot Mustard
  • 1–2 teaspoons Ty Ling Sesame Oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Bake the 10lbs ham
    Preheat the oven to 325°F. Score the ham in a diamond pattern, cover with foil, and bake for about 2–2.5 hours until heated through.
  2. Make the glaze
    In a saucepan, heat:
  • Ty Ling Hoisin Sauce
  • Ty Ling Hot Mustard
  • a little Ty Ling Sesame Oil

Simmer until slightly thick and glossy.

  1. Glaze & finish
    Uncover the ham after it’s mostly heated. Brush glaze over it and return to the oven. Repeat glazing every ~20 minutes 2–3 times until shiny and caramelized. Rest 15–20 minutes before slicing.
