INGREDIENTS:
Green Sugar Boba Pearls:
- 1/4 cup ReeseĀ® Large Pearl Tapioca
- 2 1/4 cups Water
- 1/4 cup ReeseĀ® Green Maraschino Cherry Syrup
Sesame Milk:
Matcha:
- 1 tbsp Matcha Powder, sifted
- 1/4 cup Water
DIRECTIONS:
- Cook large pearl tapioca according to package directions then drain and cool. Next, add green maraschino cherry syrup to the cooked tapioca, and allow to soak for a minimum of 30 minutes.
- Using a blender, mix together the milk and Ty Ling Sesame Oil.
- In another glass, mix together sifted matcha powder and water.
- To make the green boba tea, add the green sugar boba pearls to the bottom of the glass, followed by the sesame milk, then topped with the matcha. Serve with a wide straw.
