GrillnMcMillian Ty Ling Steak Stir Fry
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup Ty Ling Sesame Sauce
Ty Ling Five Spice Seasoning
2 Oz package Ty Ling Noodles
Ty Ling Hot Mustard (for dipping)
1 NY strip steak or ribeye
1/2 Red bell pepper
1/2 Yellow bell pepper
1/2 Orange bell pepper
1/2 White onion
Sesame seeds
1/2 Carrot thinly sliced
Salt
Pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Heat your grill or smoker to 450-500 degrees.
Place your steak on a cutting board and drizzle with olive oil and season with Ty Ling Five Spice and salt and pepper.
Place your seasoned steak directly over the heat for 3-5 minutes per side and develop a nice crust.
Move your steak to the cooler part of the grill to finish cooking.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure the steak reaches the desired temperature 120-130 degrees for rare; 130-140 degrees for medium rare; and 140-150 degrees for medium.
Heat a cast iron skillet over the hot coals and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the skillet.
Add the peppers onions and sauté for 3-5 minutes stirring until they develop a nice char.
Add your Ty Ling Stir Fry Mix Vegetables along with the Ty Ling Stir Fry corn to the onions and peppers mixture.
Add your cooked Ty Ling Noodles to the mixture and toss them in the Ty Ling Sesame Sauce until fully coated.
Slice your steak and assemble your Ty Ling GrillnMcMillian Steak stir fry.
Garnish with carrots, scallions, and toasted sesame seeds.
Optional: drizzle with Ty Ling Sesame Oil for an extra kick.
