Jalapeño Chicken Pockets

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of chicken, diced or shredded
  • 1 jalapeño, deseeded
  • ½ poblano pepper, diced
  • ¼ teaspoon Ty Ling Five Spice Seasoning
  • ½ cup pepper jack cheese, shredded or grated
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 4 flatbreads
  • Ty Ling Sweet & Sour Sauce for dipping

DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a food processor, combine cream cheese, pepper jack cheese, diced jalapeño, poblano pepper, and Ty Ling Five Spice Seasoning . Blitz until well mixed and transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Toss in the diced or shredded chicken and stir to make sure everything is coated in cheesy, spicy goodness.
  3. Scoop the cheesy chicken mix onto each flatbread. Fold it up, wrap it tight, and transfer to an air fry
  4. Place the wrapped flatbreads into the air fryer and cook for 3-5 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Dip in Ty Ling Sweet & Sour Sauce and savor every bite of spicy, cheesy perfection!
