1/2 cup Reese Quartered Artichoke Hearts, drained & chopped
1/2 cup Kimchi, chopped
1 tbsp Gochujang Korean Red Pepper Paste
1 tbsp Gochugaru Korean Red Pepper Flakes
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 tsp Sugar
2 Fried Eggs
1 Green Onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
DIRECTIONS:
Heat a large skillet then add cooking oil. To the hot oil, add Ty Ling Spicy Vegetable Fried Rice, chopped quartered artichoke hearts and chopped kimchi.
Using a spatula break apart the rice and stir fry for a couple of minutes.
Next, add the gochujang, gochugaru and sugar. Mix and stir fry on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
To assemble, add the fried rice to a bowl, top with the fried egg, thinly sliced green onion, and toasted sesame seeds.
