Kimchi Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Ty Ling Spicy Vegetable Fried Rice
  • 1/2 cup Reese Quartered Artichoke Hearts, drained & chopped
  • 1/2 cup Kimchi, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang Korean Red Pepper Paste
  • 1 tbsp Gochugaru Korean Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 Fried Eggs
  • 1 Green Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat a large skillet then add cooking oil. To the hot oil, add Ty Ling Spicy Vegetable Fried Rice, chopped quartered artichoke hearts and chopped kimchi.
  2. Using a spatula break apart the rice and stir fry for a couple of minutes. 
  3. Next, add the gochujang, gochugaru and sugar. Mix and stir fry on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  4. To assemble, add the fried rice to a bowl, top with the fried egg, thinly sliced green onion, and toasted sesame seeds.
