INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups cooked sushi rice
- 5oz can tuna
- 1 1/2 tsp Japanese mayo
- 1 tsp Ty Ling Five Spice Seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup seaweed seasoning
- Ty Ling General Tso sauce
- Ty Ling Sweet and Sour Sauce
- Ty Ling Hot Oil
DIRECTIONS:
- In a bowl, mix together the tuna, mayo, Ty Ling Five Spice Seasoning , salt and pepper to make the filling.
- Take 2 tbs of rice and gently flatten it against your hand. Add 1 tbs of the filling to the center and top it with a bit of rice.
- Gently but firmly shape the rice into a ball while encasing the filling. This process can be made easier by wetting your hands or gloves with water between each ball
- Roll each of the balls in the seaweed seasoning.
- Serve with Ty Ling General Tso sauce, Sweet and Sour Sauce or Hot Oil.
