Onigirazu on the Go

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup sushi rice cooked 
  • 2 nori wraps
  • 1 sliced cucumber
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp Ty Ling Five Spice Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp TyLing Hot Mustard
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • sprinkle with sesame seeds
  • dip in: Ty Ling Duck Sauce and Ty Ling Hot Mustard

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Prepare sushi rice per instructions
  2. Cut all veggies and make the tuna filling by combining tuna, mayo, Ty Ling Five Spice Seasoning, and Ty Ling Hot Mustard
  3. Place a square of plastic wrap down first
  4. Put down a sheet of nori
  5. Top with a scoop of rice, sliced cucumber, spicy tuna mix, shredded carrots, sliced avocado, and another scoop of rice
  6. Wrap the nori around tightly and close the plastic wrap to seal shut.
  7. Slice and serve with Ty Ling Duck Sauce and Hot Mustard for dipping
