INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup sushi rice cooked
- 2 nori wraps
- 1 sliced cucumber
- 1 can of tuna
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp Ty Ling Five Spice Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp TyLing Hot Mustard
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 sliced avocado
- sprinkle with sesame seeds
- dip in: Ty Ling Duck Sauce and Ty Ling Hot Mustard
DIRECTIONS:
- Prepare sushi rice per instructions
- Cut all veggies and make the tuna filling by combining tuna, mayo, Ty Ling Five Spice Seasoning, and Ty Ling Hot Mustard
- Place a square of plastic wrap down first
- Put down a sheet of nori
- Top with a scoop of rice, sliced cucumber, spicy tuna mix, shredded carrots, sliced avocado, and another scoop of rice
- Wrap the nori around tightly and close the plastic wrap to seal shut.
- Slice and serve with Ty Ling Duck Sauce and Hot Mustard for dipping
