DIRECTIONS:
- Cut the pineapple in half and scoop out the fruit from the pineapple skin, creating a boat. Dice the pineapple into cubes and set aside.
- Season and grill the chicken tenders until cooked through, then dice them into cubes.
- Cook the Ty Ling fried rice according to the instructions. Add grated ginger and General Tso sauce, then stir well. Add the diced pineapple and chicken to the pan.
- Serve the rice inside the pineapple with fresh scallions and lemon juice if desired.
