Ramen Dumplings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 packet of Ty Ling Chinese Noodles
  • 2 tbsp of Ty Ling Sesame Oil
  • Ty Ling Stir Fry Veggies, ½ of can
  • 6 sheets of rice paper
  • 2 slices of Emmental cheese, cut into 6 small pieces
  • Sesame seeds, optional

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil and cook Stir Fry Veggies on a medium heat, stirring. Add some sesame seeds. 
  3. Pour some warm water onto a plate and soak a piece of rice paper for around 30 seconds.
  4. Place the rice paper down on a clear surface. Add a tablespoon of the noodles to the center of the wrapper, then place a piece of Emmental cheese and some stir fry veggies.
  5. Wrap the dumpling into a parcel and set them aside on a lightly oiled plate so the dumplings don’t stick.
  6. Repeat this process for 6 dumplings. 
  7. In a frying pan, add a tablespoon of oil on medium to high heat. Place in your dumplings and fry for 4 minutes on each side.
  8. Serve dumplings with your favorite Ty Ling Sauces (we suggest our Duck Sauce).
