Ramen Ham Glaze


  • Reese Ham Glaze
  • Ty Ling Chinese Noodles
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Miso Paste
  • 12 oz (about 6 thick slices) Pork Belly
  • Ginger to taste
  • Garlic to taste
  • 6 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 Soy Marinated Eggs
  • Fresh Basil to tasta
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


For the pork belly:

  1. Season with a layer of black pepper and your favorite BBQ rub
  2. Smoke at 275 until the intern temp hit 200.
  3. Glaze 2-3 times with Reese Ham Glaze during the 45 minute cook time (every 15 minutes).

Ramen broth:

  1. Sauté shallots. Once translucent add in garlic and ginger (about 1 tbsp each).
  2. Once fragrant add 3 tbsp miso paste, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar.
  3. Add 6 cups of chicken broth. Bring to a boil and add Ty Ling Chinese Noodles. Once your noodles are done it’s time to add toppings such as shredded carrots, soy eggs, fresh basil, and the Reese Ham Glazed Smoked Pork Belly.
