INGREDIENTS:
- 6 skewers
- 1 chicken breast
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 2 tablespoons Ty Ling Sesame Oil
- 1 cup Ty Ling General Tso’s Sauce, plus more to brush on once cooked
- Sesame seeds and scallion for garnish (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes
- Place chicken in a bowl and add dry seasonings, salt, pepper, ginger
- Add 1 tablespoon horseradish, 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil, and 1 cup General Tso’s Sauce
- Stir together and cover with plastic wrap
- Let marinate for 30 minutes in fridge
- Add chicken pieces to skewers
- Cook skewers at 400°F for 25 minutes or until internal temp of chicken reads 165°F
- Brush on additional sauce, if desired
- Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions
