Sesame Chicken Skewers

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 skewers
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons Ty Ling Sesame Oil
  • 1 cup Ty Ling General Tso’s Sauce, plus more to brush on once cooked
  • Sesame seeds and scallion for garnish (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes
  2. Place chicken in a bowl and add dry seasonings, salt, pepper, ginger
  3. Add 1 tablespoon horseradish, 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil, and 1 cup General Tso’s Sauce
  4. Stir together and cover with plastic wrap
  5. Let marinate for 30 minutes in fridge
  6. Add chicken pieces to skewers
  7. Cook skewers at 400°F for 25 minutes or until internal temp of chicken reads 165°F
  8. Brush on additional sauce, if desired
  9. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions
