INGREDIENTS:
- 2 yellowfin tuna steaks (4 oz each)
- Ty Ling Fried Rice
- 1 large avocado
- ¼ cup of edamame
- Microgreens of your choice
- Ty Ling sesame oil, about 1 tbsp
- Ty Ling five spice, ½ tsp
- Sesame and crispy nori mix, 2 tbsp
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat sesame oil in a pan on medium high heat. Mix 5 spice and sesame/nori mixture together and cover the edges of tuna steaks with the seasoning.
- Sear steaks on medium high heat from all sides for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Cut the avocado in half and slice each half for two serving portions.
- Cook edamame in boiled water for 30 seconds.
- Cook the fried rice according to the instructions.
- Divide fried rice into two plates. Cut the tuna in pieces and put on the plates. Add the cooked edamame, avocado and microgreens.
