Spicy Yuzu Peach Fizz

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz yuzu juice (or yuzu-flavored syrup)
  • 1 oz peach liqueur
  • 4 oz Drink Moshi Yuzu Peach Sparkling Water
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup (or more to taste)
  • 2-3 dashes of Ty Ling Hot Oil (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Ice cubes
  • Peach slices or yuzu peel, for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add yuzu juice, peach liqueur, simple syrup,  honey and a few dashes of Ty Ling Hot Oil (adjust based on your spice preference). Shake vigorously to blend the flavors.
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
  4. Top with Drink Moshi Yuzu Peach Sparkling Water and stir gently to combine.
  5. Finish with a slice of fresh peach or a twist of yuzu peel for a delightful aroma.
