Make the pickled vegetables by adding the thinly sliced carrots and cucumber to a bowl with rice vinegar, sugar and salt. Mix to combine then set aside and allow to pickle.
Cook the sliced pork in a large skillet with cooking oil until fully cooked through on both sides and slightly browned. Next, remove from the heat and add the Ty Ling™ Hoisin Sauce and Abokichi Spicy Chili Miso. Using tongs, coat the pork in the sauces.
Using a steamer basket, steam the bao buns according the package directions.
Fill the boa buns with the sliced and saucy pork followed by pickled vegetables and cilantro.
