Combine cooked sushi rice with the rice wine vinegar and Ty Ling Sesame Oil and mix to coat evenly.
Heat the waffle maker on its highest setting and grease with cooking spray. Pack half of the rice into the waffle maker and cook for about 10 minutes or until crispy and golden.
Prepare the toppings then alternate between tuna, salmon, cucumber and avocado cubes, filling the waffle holes.
Top with your choices of wasabi, Ty Ling General Tso’s Sauce, mayonnaise, or all of the above, then garnish with sesame seeds and green onion slices and enjoy.
