Preheat oven to 425 F or air fryer to 400 F. Remove the chicken from the package and pat dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. Brush each wing with sesame oil.
Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes or air fry for 16 minutes (8 minutes per side) until golden brown and crispy on the inside and 165 F on the inside.
In a large bowl, combine the wings with Ty Ling Sweet and Sour Sauce and toss thoroughly to fully coat each wing.
Serve garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
