DIRECTIONS:
- Press the block of tofu to remove the excess water.
- Add tofu, cashews, panko, salt, and pepper to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth and transfer the batter to a bowl.
- Take a scoop of batter and roll it into a ball.
- Form each ball into a nugget shape and dredge each one in flour. Set aside.
- Add a drizzle of Ty Ling Sesame Oil to a skillet for flavor and add about 1 cup of vegetable oil to supplement.
- Heat oil to 350 degrees or until oil is shimmering on medium/high heat.
- Fry nuggets for a few minutes on each side until golden brown
- Remove nuggets from oil and put on a mesh rack to cool.
- Prepare Ty Ling Garlic and Ginger Vegetable Fried Rice by following the package instructions
- Enjoy with Ty Ling Duck Sauce
