Tuna Kimchi Cabbage Rolls


  • 1 package spring roll rice papers
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots 
  • 1 large English cucumber , peeled and thinly sliced vertically 
  • 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
  • 3 green cabbage leaves
  • ¼ cup kimchi 
  • 1 ½ tsp salt 
  • 2 cans of tuna 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise 
  • 3 tablespoons chili onion crunch 
  • Ty Ling Sesame Oil
  • Ty Ling Duck Sauce (for dipping)


  1. Start by marinating the cucumbers in Ty Ling Sesame Oil and the salt in a small bowl and set aside 
  2. In another small bowl, combine: mayonnaise, chili onion crunch, garlic powder, and ginger powder to make a spicy mayo for the tuna
  3. Strain the water from the tuna cans and combine the spicy mayo and the tuna until you have a mix
  4. Using a small amount of water wet a spring roll paper 
  5. Lay it flat on to a plate immediately and place the mint down first 
  6. Then top with marinated cucumber slices, sliced carrots, spicy tuna mix, kimchi, and a piece of cabbage
  7. Roll the paper into a tight wrap and serve with Ty Ling Duck Sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
