Ty Ling Mango Sorbet


  • 4 mangos – peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 1 cup simple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Ty Ling Hot Oil


  1. Place cubed mango in a food processor, and puree.
  2. Pour in simple syrup, lime juice, and Ty Ling Hot Oil, and puree until smooth.
  3. Place in an ice cream maker. Freeze thoroughly
