Vegetable Stir-Fry

INGREDIENTS:

1 tbsp Ty Ling Sesame Oil
1 tbsp water
1 can Ty Ling Stir Fry Mixed Veggies
1 medium garlic clove, minced
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/3 cup cashews
3 tbsp chicken broth
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch

DIRECTIONS:

In a large skillet or wok, combine sesame oil, water, and mixed veggies. Cook on medium heat for 1 minute. Add cashews and stir fry for 2 minutes.

Whisk together broth, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Add to vegetable mixture and stir fry for 2 minutes. 

Serve alone or over rice or noodles. Enjoy!
