Watermelon Sesame Slushy

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey, plus more to taste
  • 1/4 cup loosely packed mint leaves
  • 1 cup cubed, seedless watermelon unfrozen
  • 4 cups cubed seedless watermelon, frozen
  • 1 tsp Ty Ling Sesame Oil
  • 1 seedless watermelon

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cut your seedless watermelon in half, and remove the contents inside (should equal about 1 cup), preserving the halved rind for later use.
  2. In a blender, combine the coconut milk, lime juice, honey, mint, watermelon flesh and Sesame Oil. Blend until pureed then add the frozen watermelon and continue blending until creamy.
  3. Pour into the halved watermelon rind and serve immediately.
